International Pride Softball (IPS)
iPrideSoftball is a division of The North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA). Formed in 1977, NAGAAA is a 501c(3) international sports organization comprised of men and women dedicated to providing opportunity and access for the LGBTQ+ community to participate in organized competition in a safe environment.
Currently, more than 20,000 players across Canada and the United States participate in our 54 member city associations. The best of these teams gather once a year for head-to-head competition at the annual Gay Softball World Series (GSWS).
International Pride Softball is the first sport under the NAGAAA family.
Amateur Sports Alliance of North America (ASANA)
ASANA was created in 2007 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of amateur athletics for all persons regardless of gender, age, race, creed, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation with a special emphasis on the participation of women, trans men, trans women, non-binary and agendered people.
ASANA Softball currently has over 25 member cities across the United States and hosts the annual ASANA Softball World Series that brings together teams from across the country for a 4-day championship tournament. The World Series has four divisions to provide varying competitive levels of play, with the B Division being the most skilled and the E Division supporting the most recreational.
