SFGSL Bingo Night - Silent Auction Event Fundraiser Volunteer Sign Up 2025
Saturday, September 6th, 2025, 4pm-8pm, 25 Van Ness, 6th Floor

• 2 Door Volunteers needed to check people in and distribute bingo cards (arrive at 3:30pm)
• 2 - 3 Beverage Volunteers needed to pour drinks for attendees (arrive at 3:30pm)
• 1 Drink ticket volunteer (arrive at 3:45pm)
• 1 Silent Auction Basket/Package Volunteer (to monitor and report to host status - arrive at 3:45pm)
• 1 Raffle Ticket Volunteers (arrive at 3:45pm)
• 2 Event set up volunteers (arrive at 3:00pm)
• 2 Event close down and clean up volunteers (closing time 8pm)
