“I found SFGSL during my last year of college when the LGBTQ+ Center hosted a sports event that invited a bunch of LGBTQ+ sports clubs to recruit and interact with students at SFSU. I was so happy to find out there was a softball league—specifically a trans team—and I was completely blown away. I wanted to join right away! I honestly thought I would never play softball again after my last game in high school, especially after coming out as nonbinary and trans, until I discovered there was a place for me to play softball and make friends.
Looking forward to playing and working with everyone in this amazing league!”
